Queens singer who co-wrote Britney Spears’ hit “Everytime” claims her ex-bandmate sexually harassed her, then fired her when she spoke up, calling her complaints “PC bulls-t “, according to a new lawsuit.

Annette Stamatelatos says Eric Applebaum, frontman of wedding group One Love, “bombarded” her with “offensive, obscene and sexist comments” throughout her 11 years with the group, according to her Supreme Court complaint of Manhattan last week.

Applebaum, who goes by Eric Nicolas, commented on Stamatelatos’ body and attempted to force her to wear light clothing to boost her sex appeal, according to the costume.

He even pressured her once to wear only body paint for a music video, telling her it would be “feminist” to do so, according to court documents.

Applebaum also frequently referred to her as “inflatable doll”, “drag queen” and “porn star” and would snip “at least you’re beautiful” after criticizing her, depending on the costume.

“When creative differences emerged between Applebaum and the male members of the group, he did not comment on their appearances,” he added.

Stamatelatos, whose stage name is Annet Artani, also claims that Applebaum told her he didn’t like it when she got muscular because he “preferred her to be” softer “and” more feminine. “” says the costume.

When Stamatelatos raised the issues with the group manager and Applebaum in March and April this year, the couple “dismissed” their complaints, according to court documents.

In an April 8 call with the manager and Applebaum, Stamatelatos said Applebaum had blown up and told him he didn’t care about his “PC bulls,” the lawsuit claims.

Stamatelatos said she was fired on May 2 by Applebaum, who told her she had “created negativity,” according to court documents. He also told her that she couldn’t work with other groups he was associated with, the costume says.

In 2011, Stamatelatos filed an $ 18 million lawsuit against her management company, SWAP Management, for allegedly defaming her by portraying her as a racist and lazy bimbo who lied about her age. The outcome of this case was not immediately clear.

Applebaum declined to comment.
